1967: Bluco Incorporated was founded by Seymour "Blue" and Shirley Blustein as manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, selling to hospitals and pharmacies.
1970: Began distributing directly to the physician market.
1977: John Booy came on board as production manager after the acquisition of a full line surgical and medical supply company.
1978: Sandye Blustein Booy, as office manager, helped us become fully computerized, continuing to provide the fast, efficient service our valued clients had come to expect.
1981: Started the extremely valuable FREE service of emergency crash cart reminders, we notify you one month before the expiration of your crash cart medicines & replace them before they expire! No reaching in an emergency for an outdated product or being warned by the insurance company that you have outdated products on your shelf! Bluco considers this one of the MOST important money saving services we provide.
1993: We had outgrown four different facilities and purchased our current offices and warehouse in Livonia, Michigan, USA. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30a.m. E.S.T. to 4:30p.m. E.S.T. 1995: Bluco Incorporated provides a complete product usage form ("Routine Order Form") of all the products purchased by you. This saves you and your staff time and money--No over-stocking and you receive the correct merchandise every time you buy!
