TERMS:

• Fax state and DEA licenses with initial drug and syringe orders.
• Fax tax id certificate for all Michigan customers that are sales tax exempt.
• Michigan customers will be charged 6% sales tax on all products with the exception of prescription drug items.
• Pay all orders with American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover and "Credit Card on File".

NO MINIMUM ORDER:

• Orders below $50.00 will be subject to a $5.00 handling web order charge.

PRICES:

• Prices are subject to change without notice. We will inform you of increases or decreases as you order those specific products.

PACKAGE COUNT:

• If the number of packages delivered is not the same as the number shipped, call Bluco immediately. Sign the delivery slip "short" (If shipped by carrier other than U.P.S.).

FREIGHT CHARGES:

• Hazardous Freight Charge: $15.00 per package.
• We ship via UPS. When you select products to purchase online, your shipping rates will be calculated for you to view.
• Free Freight on all orders over $250.00
• Residential Deliveries add $1.00 to freight charges.
• Special Morning Deliveries add $3.00 to freight charges.

RETURNS:

• All merchandise must have prior approval before being returned. Request a Return Authorization Form by calling 800-832-4464.
• Pharmaceutical products may be returned unopened for exchange thirty (30) days prior to their date of expiration. For returns other than company error or near expiration date exchange, an appropriate re-stocking charge will be applied.
• Stock Items = 10% re-stocking charge
• Non-Stock Items = 25% re-stocking charge
• NOT RETURNABLE: Dated merchandise, if purchased over three (3) years from date of request of return; products that have been used, show signs of age, or defaced in any way; and Crash Cart, Diagnostic merchandise or merchandise deemed not returnable by manufacturer.
• Bluco reserves the right to evaluate the condition of all returns for final determination of credit.
