Founded in 1967 by Seymour "Blue" and Shirley Blustein as manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, selling to hospitals and pharmacies.
After the acquisition of K & M Surgical, a full-line medical and surgical supply company, John Booy came on board as production manager. Bluco began distributing directly to the physician market. We are proud to say John is still with Bluco in a Vice Presidential/Purchasing capacity.
Sandye Blustein Booy, as office manager, helped us become fully computerized, long before there were PC's, laptops and Blackberries in every hand. Growing from a simple computer system to our current website, we are continuing to provide the fast, efficient service our clients have come to expect.
